Mr. P. Puneet is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He became a fellow member of the institute in the year 1998. He has been empaneled as a 'Public Procurement Trainer/Consultant' with The World Bank. Assignments taken by him under World bank's empanelment as Public procurement professional include Financial Management & procurement manuals, Internal Audit Manuals, Administrative and financial guidelines, Accounting Manual for society/organisation's operating in villages and its by-laws, Bihar Municipal Rules (DFID funded), etc. Being a Team leader for Every government accounting assignments served, he has been re-engineer every process of accounting for the government departments; his role included designing of chart of accounts, ensuring proper financial management, grant/fund accounting, Implementation of Double entry accounting system (D.E.A.S.) at urban local bodies in seven districts of Bihar, etc. He is also serving as a resource person at 'Bihar Institute of Public Administration & Rural Development'. He has also been engaged in the diagnostic study and preparation of project documents in a DFID funded health reforms project of the Government.

Niraj Gupta is a fellow member with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is Finance and Accounts specialist with key experience in Govt. accounting and financial reforms Assistants. Niraj has in-depth knowledge of budgeting; double entry accrual based accounting system, financial management, procurement, audits and taxation. He has worked with State Government organization extensively with Bihar Institute of Public Administration and DRDA. Niraj brings in a vast experience of working in Bihar in particular, with his understanding on conceptualizing the new accounting codes, review of existing accounting practices, design of financial and accounting formats from converting existing cash based single entry system into double entry accrual based system.
